Architectural images come together faster when the process is direct, visual, and organized.

Indris Studio keeps collaboration close: a first conversation, a secure workspace, visible milestones, visual review tools, and clear delivery.

The goal is simple. Everyone should know where the project lives, and what needs attention for the good of the project.

01

Human First

No gatekeeper, no distance. When we work together, you can reach us directly. If we are focused on another project, you can book a call in a few clicks through real-time scheduling. Remote collaboration should feel close, clear, and human.

We also love visual references: images, sketches, screenshots, materials, atmospheres, examples you like, and examples you want to avoid. They make taste, intent, and direction much easier to discuss.

02

Everything Centralized

No more scattered links, files, emails, and meeting notes. With the secure client portal, your project lives in one place: scheduling, video calls, file exchange, previews, team access, and final delivery.

You only need your email and a browser.

03

Clear Process

From the kickoff meeting, we define the key dates, production steps, review moments, and delivery expectations.

With the project timeline, everyone knows what is planned, what is in progress, and what needs validation.

04

Visual Feedback

The indris.studio web app makes visual communication easier. With the annotation tool and the meeting workspace, you can point directly to the part of an image that needs attention.

Add comments, draw shapes, review together, and keep feedback attached to the image.

Ready to Present

We know architectural images often become the public face of a project. They support decisions, sales, competitions, permits, and presentations.

With organized final deliverables and download-ready high-resolution files, you receive images that help you communicate the complexity of your project with clarity and confidence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions architects usually ask before opening a project.

Starting a project

What kind of architectural projects do you work on?

Residential, commercial, hospitality, cultural, public, healthcare, landscape, urban, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects are all suitable when the goal is clear architectural still images.

Can I book a call before sending a full brief?

Yes. Share the essentials through the contact flow and choose a 30-minute discovery call so we can discuss scope, timing, budget, and fit.

What project phases do you support?

The intake flow supports competition, planning or building permit, and marketing or off-plan sales phases. If your phase is slightly different, describe it in the brief.

How many images can I request?

You can start with not sure, 1-2, 3-6, or 7+ images. A first estimate is enough; the exact image list can be refined after the first discussion.

Can I use the platform without creating an account first?

Yes. You can submit a request and use a scoped meeting link first. Full client portal access is enabled once the project is confirmed.

Brief, files, and confidentiality

Is my project confidential?

Yes. Indris Studio is confidential by default and NDA-friendly, including for architectural files, project details, references, and early-stage material.

What do I need to send to start?

Send what you already have: plans, sections, elevations, 3D models, sketches, site information, material notes, mood references, deadlines, and expected image count.

Do you work with architects who already have a 3D model?

Yes. Existing CAD, BIM, SketchUp, Blender, OBJ, FBX, or other model files can be uploaded and reviewed as part of the project material.

Can I upload large files?

Yes. The secure upload flow supports large project files, with file-type validation and project-aware access controls.

Which file formats are accepted?

Common image, PDF, CAD, BIM, 3D, design, video, spreadsheet, document, text, JSON, and ZIP formats are supported.

Can I send visual references?

Yes. References are encouraged because they make taste, mood, material intent, atmosphere, and the direction to avoid much easier to discuss.

Portal, reviews, and meetings

How does the client portal work?

After project confirmation, the portal keeps project files, previews, meeting links, timeline, reviewers, annotations, and final delivery in one secure place.

Can I invite colleagues or clients to review images?

Yes. Project managers can invite reviewers so comments and decisions stay attached to the project instead of being scattered across separate emails.

How do image reviews happen?

Previews are reviewed in the workspace. You can add notes, draw shapes, mark areas, and keep feedback directly connected to the image.

Can we review images during a live meeting?

Yes. The meeting workspace combines the call, project assets, meeting sheets, uploads, and annotation tools so the discussion stays visual.

Can I leave feedback directly on images?

Yes. The annotation tool supports comments, shapes, arrows, colors, zoom, autosave, and imported reference images.

How are deadlines managed?

Each project has a timeline for discovery, quote approval and kickoff, perspective lock, first review, second review, and final delivery.

Delivery and access

Do you only create still images?

For now, Indris Studio is deliberately focused on still architectural images as precise tools for design communication, presentation, competitions, permits, and sales.

How are final files delivered?

Approved high-resolution deliverables unlock securely at the right project stage, with organized downloads and ZIP delivery when relevant.

How do I sign in?

Client access uses secure email sign-in through a magic link or one-time code, so you only need your email and a browser.

Ready when the project is.

Share the essentials, bring the visual references, and we will shape the right path from first call to final image set.
